Under the Health and Sports Tourism Incentive Program of the Turkish Ministry of Trade, healthcare institutions are eligible to receive a 70% reimbursement for mandatory complication insurance costs.
The system activates after the flight reservation is completed, presents the insurance offer to the patient, redirects them to the contracted insurance provider’s payment page, where the patient makes the payment directly with their own credit card through the insurer’s foreign currency POS system, and the policy is automatically linked to the operational process.

Established in Antalya in 2011, ESA Yazılım has developed specialized solutions for the needs of travel agencies with its expert software team (database specialists, business development, and support teams). Our journey began with Aqua Ticket, Turkey's first web-based travel agency reservation tracking and accounting program, and continued with many innovative solutions such as Acentacım and Online Flight Ticket Systems.
Aqua Ticket has reached a wide user base not only in Turkey but also internationally. Our program is used by IATA member agencies, NON-IATA agencies, and airline country representatives, and it integrates with leading GDS systems, airlines, and B2B flight ticket suppliers such as Amadeus, Galileo, Turkish Airlines, SunExpress, Pegasus, Bilet Dükkanı, BiletBank, and GTC. This provides the travel sector with a robust technological infrastructure and operational efficiency.
